DAY 32 - ECUADOR - PERU

We got up this morning ready for an early start and found a flat tire on the front of my bike.  After removing it and checking for a hole (which we didn't find) we replaced it with a new tube and were on our way.  We had the easiest border crossing of the entire trip which really helped since we were running late.

Riding thru a Banana Tree Plantation.

We are trying to get used to roughing it but it is really tough - View from our patio.

View from bar.

We are staying at the http://www.grandmaremancora.com/ hotel and the following are a few pictures from the bar.

I told Joe I was going to have the Shrimp Ceviche for dinner but after eating the hugh portion I decided that it was plenty.  It was fantastic!

We decided to take a 3 wheeler into town to see the Sunday evening activities - About a $1 for a really bumpy ride although I was happy to leave the driving to him rather than ride the bike.

Some boats we saw on the way into town,

The town.

Even though we didn't get very far today it was a good day- we are mostly 15 - 50 ft above sea level and 85 - 90 degrees.  Tomorrow we keep heading South - thanks for riding along.
